Package rates include the location, photography and retouching. They do not include hair and makeup or clothing.

You are free to also provide your own location or lets talk about vacation rentals. I have a growing list.
Minimum hours and prices listed are based on the last communication I had with the property rep and are subject to change without prior notice. Rates listed include my basic rate plus location fees. You are free to book a photo session and use a location you provide.
When you are interested in a location, I can check for any changes. Properties come and go off the market. Rates and hours are only locked in with your paid deposit.
